The attached resume outlining my education and experience is submitted for your review and use in considering me for employment with your company.

I have been involved with technical support professionally since 1998 when, as a student at State Technical Institute in Memphis (now SW TN Community College), I was hired to maintain one of the school’s computer labs. Before I left for San Antonio in July of 2001, I was not only in charge of several learning labs, but was supporting faculty, administrative, and staff computers as well as having earned an Associates Degree in Information Technology/Networking. I am also certified by CompTIA as an A+ and Network+ technician.

The positions I have held provide solid diversified experience with increasing levels of knowledge and responsibility. I am self-directed, willing to work, and a team player who is comfortable in a lead or support position. My earned reputation for continually making a positive contribution is attributable to a long-practiced "follow-up/follow-through" approach to meeting management's expectations and corporate objectives.
