Prepares monthly payment certificate for all sub-contractors
Measures works done by each sub-contractor on weekly basis.
Prepares detail estimate of monthly projected works to ensure the budget is sufficient for each stage of construction
Valuates work on the project at month end to establish any variation In terms of materials, plants, and labour.
