V-351 : (SEIF ELEVATING JACK UP RIG) Work carried out are as such installation of Equipments on seating, Alignment of Pump, Compressar,D.G. set 6 No’s other Marine Equipment.

V- 368 : (20000 DWT) Looking after installation of Equipment on Foundation, Seat Fabrication, Alignment of Equipment, D.G.set chock fasting, Pump Stp & Compresser.

V-386 : (DREDGER) Dredger on it, looking after Centrifugal pump, Diesel Engine & all anchors Operating of Dredger.

Before pre commissioning, flushing of System, System Testing, Trial Pre- Commissioning of Bilge System, Fire Pump System & other Marine equipment, Checking Commissioning Procedure of Equipment. Equipment Preservation & maintaining oil level, greasing the Equipment. Erection of Rig Crane PCM 120SS-2 No’s, PCM 220SS- 1 No. : this cranes are pedestal mounting crane, in that swing motor, turn table, winding rope for Aux hook, Main hook, pendent rope for boom, bearing hub and housing of three cranes, knowledge of Crane Operation.

KEY ROLE:

Rig Load out / Launching Operation plan & look after the Push Pull Unit, Hydraulic Jack with Power pack, synchronizing of all 13 Hydraulic Jack on seven track, Maintain the total Operating of load out by handling the two Mammoth power pack for all jack, in looking after stroke length of all jack, Extracting & retracting pressure of all jack, the operation was total 150 Meter length, it has carried out without any trouble & Rig has load out on barge.
