Regional Construction Manager (ROSR) (2009-2014)
Spearhead the direction and oversight of a field team consisting of as many as 13 - 18 OSRs in the construction of new stores and remodel projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. Oversaw the completion of 125 new store projects and 386 renovations while maintaining an average construction remodel project request (CPR) budget of $1.5M and up to $2.5M, respectively. ($675M)
Regularly drive rollouts and expansions of various product lines and brands, including the launch of Pfresh, Produce/Refrigerated Cases and various upgrades and expansion of Starbucks locations.
Engage in the city / state entitlement process, SDA, OEA processes, Storm Water and GMAX protocol.
Manage the City Target roll out within the Western Region, including management of the first four City Target prototype stores (multi levels) on the West Coast and in Denver.
Senior Construction Manager (SOSR) (2003-2009)
Facilitated the successful completion of 25 new store projects with an average CPR budget of $9.5M
Oversaw the first-ever Target store construction within a multilevel building, including the establishment of a sales floor and a backroom located on separate levels. Managed all tenant improvements for assigned stores.
Introduced best practices meant to bolster relationships with regulatory agencies as well as customers. Played a critical role in the management of Certificate of Occupancy protocol in conjunction with building authorities.
