JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Monitoring of various welding Process like SMAW and GTAW.

To check the Fit-up & Weld visual inspection Of Pipe with drawing

Monitoring of pipe fabrication and erection as per drawing.

Inspection of joints before welding, during welding and after welding.

Line history sheet (L.H.S.),Line Designation table(LDT),P&Id/GA drawing, Cutting & Wrapping inspection report,Holiday test clearance,Pre-Pressure test punch list verification and confirmation against Loop file.

To check the Preheat temp. and Inter pass temp.

Review of test pack documents.

Check proper backing of electrode as applicable.

Monitoring of hydro test and pneumatic test as per specification.

Preparing and maintaining records and protocols for relative activities.

To make the loop file and mechanical clearance.

Coordinating Wrapping and coating works in Piping and Pipelines.

Monitoring of Holiday Test.

Attending meeting in QC/execution and submitting surveillance reports.

Coordinating with client/consultants while the inspection is being carried out.

Monitoring all types vehicles in site & Dewatering pump(Diesel & Electrical),Vibrator(Diesel & Electrical),Plate(Earth) Compecter & Other Contraction Equipment.

Attending meeting in P&M Department Billing & other officially work.

DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Regional Polytechnic in 2014 with 1st div.

Intermediate in Scienceside (P.C.M.)from M.P.I.C.Bampur Allahabad in 2012 with 1st division.

Highschool in Scienceside from B.D.I.C.Naroeya bazar Jigna Mirzapur in 2010 with 2nd division.
