My final project was designing and making CSD (Constant Speed Drive) Controller design using microcontroller. The task was analyzing wide range of patent CSD and looking for a better controller design and then change it into the design. Therefore, the CSD can be used electromechanical gear and microcontroller. The final project also conducted trial test to see how reliable the design.

Working Experience

2011- Current NGK Ceramic Automotive Indonesia

The position is a production control engineer at NGK Ceramic Automotive Indonesia, with job description as follows :

1.Controling and improving the quality of filter products.

2.Controling and monitoring furnance condition.

3.Conducting incoming test for raw materials.

4.Controling dimension and properties of the filter products.

5.Conducting advanced planning quality product for raw materials and filter products.

6.Renewing the failure mode effect analysis

7.Controlling and following up new raw materials and product projects.

8.Making daily, weekly, monthly and half semester report about products quality and to make a report for Japan headquarter.

2010-2011 PT Indocreative Mebel Indonesia

The position was a process engineer at PT ICM, with job description as follows :

1. Testing new materials and new models for quality control.

2. Making a standard operating procedure and to make a work instruction for operators

in order to make efective and efficient jobs.

3. Optimizing materials in order to reduce waste.
