Make sure all duty Sales Associate and Security Personnel are in there designated area.

Motivate Sales Associate by giving commendation to their work performance

Give daily objective to Sales Associate and discuss it clearly

Answer telephone calls; distribute faxes to appropriate person or department.

Maintain and Update employee 201 file

Monitoring punctuality of employee

Prepare Sales Associate Monthly Schedule.

Monitoring and Controlling ID, Uniform and Office Supplies Stocks.

Issuing office supplies by each department with a supporting document of the company.

Prepare and distributes appropriate confidential information on employee for disciplinary actions.

Maintain all written forms of the Company and check the required personnel information needed.

Responsible to ensure all transmittal document received by appropriate person/company with supporting document of the company. Monitoring Accountable forms such as Exchange Form, Gate Pass and Charge form.

Responsible in Timekeeping
