Custom Software Development: Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for an ASP.Net Monitoring and Management solution for IBM WebSphere MQ (now IBM MQ), MQ Message Broker (now IBM Integration Broker). This tool was developed in Visual C# using MVC and WF paradigms; and exposed SOAP and Restful web services through WCF.
Application Integration: Reviewed Warehouse Management System Deployment and implemented process improvements that decreased the time taken to fulfill orders by 18 percent, improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs.
Project Management: Provided Project Management support to mission critical z/OS upgrades for IBM Global Technology Services (GTS). The successful completion of this project enabled IBM GTS to continue with stalled projects that were dependent on the successful implementation of this project.

Project manager for three Data Center relocation projects leading to better economies of scale, reduced costs and efficient use of computing resources for Sprint; subsequently led team so Systems Managers responsible for managing change processes, providing first and second level support, and technology reviews for Sprint’s large scale IBM mainframe computing platforms.
Managed all aspects of early adopter test plans of IBM WebSphere MQ for IBM’s Solution Vendor Program; included developing programs to ensure seamless communications between vendors and IBM development teams, providing 2nd level program support, design, testing, documentation review, and creating sample applications.
Designed credit card renewal/replacement system fir the largest MasterCard issuer in the United States, the z/OS OLTS system reduced the time required to replace a card from ten days to three and improved customer satisfaction, reduced fraud by automating manual carding issuing checks.
