Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performed hands on desk-side support on hardware and software applications; assure system integrity and stability, maintained network printers with firmware updates.

• Acted as liaison between customers and vendors. Worked with vendors on problem identification and resolution with respect to enterprise level network management, design and performance issues.
