Project Experience

I had the opportunity to work on a project at Jobwise Training to develop my project management and team working skills. I worked within a team to come up with an investment idea to present in front of employers. It was a real chance to understand the challenges of working in a team, as well as how to problem solve.

I developed my planning and organisation skills through the responsibilities I towards managing the social media and advertising element of the project.

I felt that my presentation skills grew in confidence.

I analysed the company’s social media foot print for the Traineeship Manager. This analysis was forwarded to the Director and Marketing team.

Assisting the Traineeship Manager with a Macmillan Coffee Morning, how to promote this event to learners and employers.
