PROFILE

** *****’ hands-on IT Project Manager, responsible for IT Strategy, Business analysis, Change Management, Systems Integration, Cutover and Data Migration, Management of 3rd party’s services. 15 years partner/manager of IT consulting firms. Strong analyst/programmer background in Canada, experience solving master data and interface problems.

Worked with Oil, Steel, Government, Manufacturing, Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, NGO, 14 years in Retail and Distribution businesses.

Founder/manager of ROFF, 1990 we introduced SAP in Portugal, as Distributors. We localized and sold the first SAP systems in Portugal. Pilot user of ASAP methodology, responsible for timeline, budget, quality and scope on 8 implementation projects, including roll-out to subsidiaries of Unilever, SIEMENS, Grundig and Jansen-Cilag plus GERDAU, the largest SAP project in South America, in Brazil. Also responsible for managing the migration of mainframe information systems for Portugal Telecom, 2 Insurance Companies and 4 Banks.

2005/08 worked as IT Director of RIMI Baltic, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, 300 Hyper and supermarket stores, 10000 employees and 1 billion Euros sales. SAP IS-retail. Select and implement new POS software solution. Negotiate new SAP IT infrastructure outsourcing. Pilot implementation of BI Accelerator, predecessor of SAP Hana. IT costs were reduced to circa 0.4% of sales, less than half of industry average.
