Career Summary

Over 22 years of experience including 12 years in the areas of Monitoring & Evaluation and Research with BRAC Education Program, IED-BRAC University and Dhaka Ahsania Mission. Currently I am working with Peoples Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) as Deputy Director. I have expertise on Results Based Monitoring (RBM) and Participatory Monitoring System (PMS).I am experienced in the areas of developing M&E framework and guidelines, identify sources of relevant data and the processes for data management for ensuring effective implementation of strategic plans and key program initiatives, training of staff, supervising and supporting project staff in data collection and analysis, developing and designing M&E tools and methods, ability to manage database, data entry, data cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data and producing monitoring reports. Alongside, I have significant experiences of conducting research using quantitative as well as qualitative techniques. Moreover, I am competent in using qualitative data collection tools and technique such as PRA and participatory monitoring and evaluation. Finally, I have experiences to prepare Project Action Plan and good understanding about LFA, proficiency in computer operation, particularly in Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, e-mail and internet operations.
