WAREHOUSEMAN, UTAH MEDICAL PRODUCTS, NOVEMBER 2007 - JULY 2016 As a warehouseman, I am responsible for shipping, receiving, and staging duties. These encompassed, receiving all incoming product, pulling parts on shippers, packaging for shipments, and pulling parts for work orders to be assembled to become finished goods. I also drove the forklift to move product and load or unload trucks. MANUFACTURING FORKLIFT DRIVER, USANA HEALTHSCIENCE, SEP. 2004 - APRIL 2007 I pulled all the raw materials for the dispensing department to kit. Als so, I staged materials to the packaging, tabulating, drink line kitting and drink line-packaging departments. I coordinated with the warehouse for transfers of materials not in the manufacturing de- partment. Daily, I did cycle counts and monthly, a full inventory was done. INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER, NUKANAX, JULY 1996 - JUNE 2004 I received all materials, stoked and pulled kits for production. I ran two wire-cutting ma- chines and one cable cutter. I drove a forklift to load and unload trucks. I also packaged all final products for shipment and made deliveries.

LABORER, ADVANCED SPRAY BOOTH SYSTEMS, AUG. 1991 - JUNE 1996 We built industrial spay booth systems. I unloaded crates of metal panels with a forklift. I then broke open crates and assembled according to blueprints. I used power drills, pipe cutters, caulk guns, and drove scissor lifts.
