The Project is in Under Construction stage.

oMega Park- an Industrial Project at Changodar area near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Project is conceived on over 20 Acre land parcel with various Shed structures and optional Plotting scheme tailor – made to suit investor requirements. The works included Filling and Excavation in large scale, Water Retaining Structures (Canal Guard Wall), Internal Road Networks, Water distribution network, Sewer distribution network, WTP, STP, Electrical Infrastructure, Fire Fighting Infrastructure, Pump Rooms, Transformer Rooms and Landscaping. Construction of Infrastructure as well as Sample Sheds (G and G+1) is in full swing.

oMega Estate- an Industrial Project at Naroda, Gujarat. The project is outlined to deliver about 100 Industrial sheds for Plug and Play Industrial use. The Construction of about 16 sheds completed. Remaining sheds and Infrastructure works (viz Roads, Footpath, Water and Sewer network, recharge pits for Rain Water Harvesting, etc to commence shortly. Extensive Design work preceded the commencement of the Project.

The Project has State-of-the-art Road, Landscaping and PHE Infrastructure with 240000 sft (24000 sqm internal Roads and Loading / Unloading bays). I was the key Person responsible for developing the Master plan for 26 Acre (106000sqm) Mixed Use land development Project including Planning / Scheduling of all Infrastructure and Civil works, finalizing Contractors, etc. The works included Filling and Excavation in large scale, Water Retaining Structures (Canal Guard Wall), Internal Road Networks (with 20m wide main arterial Road), Water distribution network, Sewer distribution network, WTP, STP, Electrical Infrastructure, Fire Fighting Infrastructure, Pump Rooms, Transformer Rooms and Individual Buildings/ units (with Services and Fit outs in the common areas),33/11KV Substation and Landscaping.

oSouth City Retreat – A High End Residential Township Project with Community Mall, Resort, Spa and Entertainment areas at Bhojerhaat (near Bantala), 24 Parganas (S). The Project is Planned over 60Acre+ land with attributes to expand further with over 400 Bunglow (G+1) buildings as Residential units with one International Standard RESORT and SPA, one MOTEL and one MALL. I have been instrumental in Design and development since inception. The concept is developed by one International Architect and Project involves multiple leading Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Designers from Kolkata. The Project is currently in UNDER CONSTRUCTION stage with multiple Bunglows, Infrastructure Works, Landscaping and main Reception Building partly completed. The Design and re design for the entire project is going aggressively. The project has huge Land development work, Road Network, Electrical Infrastructure Creation, Water Distribution Network, Sewer Distribution Network, WTP, STP, Artificial Water body creation, formulation of Entertainment areas with various Outdoor and Indoor Sport facilities, Various Water Features including multiple Swimming Pools, Automation, Very High End Finishing Work, etc. The Project concept is typically like that of a low rise High End Residential Township spread out over a large area.

oSouth City Business Park – A Commercial Building at Nonadanga, Kolkata. Responsible for the Pre Construction Planning, Design Co Ordination and Execution of a 3.8lac sft BUA, approximately 115m high IT / ITES/ Office Building along with a Multilevel Car Parking. The project has been very aesthetically designed and Post Tensioning – PT structural design has been used. The project in UNDER CONSTRUCTION stage now.
