EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Sep. 2011 – till now STAL-SYSTEMS SA – Project Manager Idea, monitoring and final successful negotiations of the contract of coal handling system for one of Polish thermal power plants.

Running the project of coal handling systems.

Creating the consortium for bidding for steel structures’ supplies and erection for major projects in Poland within power industry.

Project and erection manager at the stadium in Stalowa Wola (Poland) Project and erection manager at Stora Enso project (Paper mill) in Ostroleka (Poland) Activities:

Handling of procurement of steel structures (structural steel, ducts, fans, gratings) for coal power plants – Hamm, Karslruhe, Mannheim (Germany), Sostanj (Slovenia), Ledvice (Czech Republic), Eemshaven (the Netherlands), Belchatow (Poland),

Steel structure main buyer for Mannheim-7 project,

Offers analyze as for quality, price level, financial conditions, capacity etc.

Co-operation with project teams within running the projects,

Co-operation with Project Procurement Managers regarding power plant projects.

Co-operation with Global Commodity Managers.

Analyze of capacities of approved suppliers as for needs of all 7 projects tun in parallel

Approving the suppliers as for capacity, quality etc.

Work in SAP.

Proud of: Emergency action, when all delivered structures within one of projects occurred to be wrong – it was necessary to organize new suppliers on urgent basis, keeping the schedule and low prices.
