Sales order posting & DNOTE creation (VL01N, VL02N) in system.

Sales invoice creation (VF02, J1IIN and J1IP) in system.

ARE1 Internal document creation (J1IA101) in system.

Identification & Segregation of Slow & Non-moving Inventory on monthly basis

System Tracking and Stores Documentation and Reports Generation (ZGR_103)

Storing material at correct location, knowledge of LIFO & FIFO.

Ensure system stock & physical stock tally every month.

Proper Documentation of Excisable & Non Excisable Challan for LBT Calculation

Shop floor posting through system generated MIN.(ZM02,ZM03)

Physical Disposal of SCRAP, SO & Delivery note Creation in SAP

Purchase Requisition (ME51N) Service PR Creation in SAP.

All Service & store related PR (Purchase Requisition) Data maintain in excel sheet.

Service Entry (ML81N) Creation in SAP

All Service Record maintain in excel sheet & Bill smites to account for Booking.

Inventory Auditing & Analyzing with account people

Handling manpower in store.
