General Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of the nationwide rental sales revenue budget from existing and new customers.
Specific Duties and Functions:
Sales
Ensures achievement of Nationwide Rental Sales Budget by installing multi- function photocopying machines to existing and new customers
Manages five (5) teams responsible for the achievement of the budgeted revenue and units
Ensures achievement of the department and team quota by assisting team managers and members in closing negotiations especially in large and institutional organizations
Helps in penetrating and developing new customers by distributing database of listed top companies in the country
Attends to marketing activities like exhibits, seminars and sponsorships organized by the Principals
Creates marketing collaterals such as business presentations, proposals, sales kits and samples print-outs needed by salespeople in dealing with customers
Tags-along with teams during business presentation, bidding conferences in government agencies and final stages of sales negotiations
Assists Sales Administration in creating sales promotional programs for color multifunction photocopying machines, software and depreciation costs of machines
Reviews and recommend approval of pricing and profitability of customers with ongoing negotiations or due for additional or back-up installations
Assists the branches in the finalization of pricing and proposals and endorse to management for approval
Account Maintenance of Existing Accounts
Ensures execution of customer service and after-sales service committed to customers through the same 5 teams responsible for the new sales
Maintains sound customer relations by ensuring that courses of actions to clients’ requests and demands are being implemented by teams such as request service, replacement of photocopying machines, request for meeting and the likes
Conducts regular tag-along with team members to help resolve clients’ concerns and to monitor product/machine performance and customer satisfaction
Reviews profitability of existing customers and checks gross profit margin and ensure implementation if there is a need for profit improvement
Assists in the analysis of pricing for existing customers due for upgrade or improvement of products and services and endorse approval to the higher management
Assists the branches in attending to the concerns of customers regarding after- sales service and contract renewals
Administrative
Reports to the Board of Directors during the monthly Board Meeting regarding sales performance when necessary
Reports to the Management Committee Meeting every Thursday of the week and present sales performance, sales activities and strategies
Conducts weekly meeting with team members to discuss issues arising from their visits and calls to customer then coordinate with other departments whenever necessary to resolve pending matters
Reviews sales performance of team and individual members necessary for the retention of employment to the company
Facilitate annual evaluation of team members due for performance appraisal
Reviews and approve documents pertaining to rental sales transactions
Conducst sales training to team members especially those new in the Department
Monitors implementation of the company and department’s policies and procedures in accordance with the ISO standards
