RESPONSIBILITIES

I am authorized to operate from 415V to 3.3KV in GASCO Ruwais Sulphur granulation plant.

Permits to work system co-ordination of action about the plant electrical maintenance & Site co-ordination.

Troubleshooting of HV & LV equipment’s like Motor, Starter, VFD, Control wiring etc. & Updating Daily break down and troubleshooting data’s to Supervisor/Engineering.

Carryout visual inspection and be vigilant to identify any developing problem in the area assigned and report any problems to relevant department

Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment.

Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.

Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors – Used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacements and/or new installation.

Verify completed maintenance activities and ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete the maintenance activity sheet.

Plan, measure, purchase and coordinate installation of critical high-tech warehouse system.

Identify and search spares to meet maintenance requirements.

Provide input for the preparation of method statements and initiate near miss reports.

Identify areas for improvement in the activities performed and to carry out modifications and improvements to the system with authority permission.

Update and maintain Drawings, records and other documents related to electrical

Participate in emergency Response duties as a team member.

Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities of electrical equipments.

Capable of guiding/leading the electrical maintenance team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant

Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipments deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown

Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.

Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports

Identifying training needs of personnel and provide training on Quality Management; & Maintain Training Records.

Raising inspections of the works and material delivered at site is as per the Inspection Test Plan

Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
