PROJECTS DONE ON SOLID EDGE ST7 (SANTHOSH AGRI MACHINERY) :

Designed a Multi Crop Chopper machine which chops the crops such as maize, corn, co-2, co-4etc into small pieces, which can be used as cattlefeed.

Designed and made a project on Tree cutter machine which tree cutting size of maximum 8inch to 12 inch, Cutting time of 10 sec to 18 seconds, used for only bio fuel plants.

Designed a Drum chipper machine which chipping the medium size of diameter 2 inch to 16 inch wooden boxes in input materials. The machine output material size of 1 inch to 3 inch after that it is used as briquette plant.

Designed and made a project on charcoal mixture, which mixes coal with coconut shell andthen made into pillow briquette after that it is used as bio fuel forburning.

Designed and made a project on pillow shape briquette machine, which charcoal mixture machine mixes material used on this input materials, material output of pillow shape briquette after that it is used as bio fuel for burning, .

Designed and made a project on Silage packing machine which packs the Silage with hundred percentage area covered in the bag.

Designed and made Mushroom conveyor haffer unit machine which mixes the crop maize waste, mushroom seeds and chemicals. Used for mushroom plants.

Designed and made a project on Chain conveyor system which makes the material to fill into the room by rotarymotion.
