More than 15 plus years of experience gained from combined military and civilian background in all areas of being a service technician. As a technician had to resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, sub-systems and related components.
MECHANICAL SKILLS:
Assist in the installation and check out of electrical components. Set up of and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate performance or to obtain data for quality control. Review service manuals, manufacturer guides, and schematics to ascertain specifications, procedures, objectives, nature of technical problems and possible solutions.
DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS:
Analyze indicated and calculated test results to solve issues relating to malfunctions, inoperative equipment. Able to make independent decisions concerning any required adjustments as deemed necessary to obtain required system capabilities and note deficiencies and possible corrective action.
CUSTOMER SKILL SETS:
Serve customers by answering questions and requests under the supervision of manager. Assist other technicians in updating documents for changes made during installation for compilation into data base. Maintain internal and external customer satisfaction by promptly responding to requests and communications.
SKILL SETS:
Computer literate, use of Windows 7/8.1/10, MS Office, MS Word, Excel. Track time card information and expense reports. Understand the implications of material and labor planning decisions as they affect the financial success of the project. Follow all internal and external safety policies. Coordinate and assist with any sub-contractor on site as required to ensure scope of work understanding for successful completion of the project. Able to handle stress and job demands. Willing to handle other duties as assigned, as a team member.
