Reporting to the company owner, manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of a 30K square foot manufacturing facility (with machining operations), 6K square foot storage facility and 12K leased space.

Doubled facility space from 15K SF to 30K SF in an eighteen month period.
Manage vendors and contractors with a focus on cost savings and quality of services. Saved $4K on gas in 2016 and negotiated a three year electricity contract generating substantial savings.
