To whom it may concern,
I am currently working with Intel in Leixlip, Co.Kildare on 12 hour day/night shifts. My job title is a Process/Manufacturing Engineering technician. My duties are performing functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipments, process and training and collecting and evaluating operation data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
I was previously employed for Jones Engineering Group as a Mechanical design Engineer also in Intel Leixlip for nearly 1 year. My daily duties consisted of designing drawings for its Fab 14 & Fab 24 tool install project. My experience with both Intel and JEG provided me with the knowledge of working in a fast working environment with strict deadlines on all work carried out. It has also improved my working ability in the Engineering industry.
I graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) with an Ordinary Degree in Mechanical Engineering. My experience at DIT provided me with a wide range of Engineering skills. These include the ability to apply mathematical, scientific and technological tools in a project. Also, the ability to analyse and interpret data and to apply professional judgement, balancing issues of costs, benefits, safety and quality as well as assessing and managing risks.
I have also worked in the building industry and I consider myself to be a very hard working, trustworthy and reliable person. I am a quick learner and I am enthusiastic about my work.
Please find my Curriculum Vitae attached. Thank you in advance for your kind consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
David Mc Govern
