Professional Leadership Training and Coaching with non-traditional students on leadership skills, teamwork, careers, resume writing, interviewing skills, communication skills and self-healing techniques in 20-week program.

Purpose: Students had difficulty with procrastination and completing requirements to graduate. Outcome: After participating in this program, one student graduated early with the second highest GPA in his class and received full 4 year college scholarship, another student graduated early and got a job in law enforcement, and other students graduated, are enrolled in college or going into the Air Force and gained jobs.

HGB provides health care benefits for more than 2.9 million of the nation's active duty military and their family members, and military retirees' and their family members.

● Recruited professional staff for corporate office and regional offices in 10 states on east and west

coast.

● Filled an average of 100 positions each year with candidates that passed secret security clearance as required by government contract.
