Responsible for Financial Consulting Compensation system which tailored to control and validate FC Comp feeds; it provides the ability to upload spreadsheets as a nightly feed, provide the ability to browse and change information, add new FCs, split commissions, make adjustments, create commission payout profile. This system designed to handle Retail and Institutional Financial Advisors. FC COMP is the major revenue feed into Citi General Ledger (GL).
Create a process to generate daily input feeders reports which include total amount of institutional trade processing for FC Comp system, which help to track the business transactions by the product areas.

The systems routes listed and over the counter equities and option orders to all major exchanges and various broker dealers within the US. Routing decisions are made by utilizing market data to determine the NBBO (National Best Bid And Offer) and by algorithms that the company uses for market making of securities.
Participated in the projects through all phases of system development life cycle methodology (SDLC). Ensured system availability and stability during trading hours. Helped to prioritize and develop technical solutions for business needs. Worked with quality assurance and change control teams to ensure high quality turnovers minimizing post production problems. Supported the private client group, asset management, capital markets trading, compliance, legal and back office operations.
Provided daily TMS Order information feed files to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) system for validation and
processing. This order information was used by OFAC to validate any account restrictions and to raise an
issue if order was created or executed.
Developed and maintained the on-line OMS order consolidation process. This process consist of
combining partial compound order executions into one. This was done to streamline the confirmation
process to our clients where by becoming cost effective for the company.
Developed and maintained Mantas Batch System for trading management order records.
This system was responsible for daily creation of order feed which was send for evaluation and

Developed and maintained the on-line Institutional Municipal Center Trading System. Responsible
for design, coding testing and production support. The system was used to support a consortium of
several brokerage institutions for Municipal Bond trading. MQ messaging was used to pass data between
the institutional and retail systems.
Responsible for analysis, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of the on-line and batch
Certificate of Deposit System. This system was used for the complete processing of CD orders,
including pricing and trade creation. Added real-time trading capabilities and merged the system
with the Bond Offering System to increase marketability.
Developed and maintained the on-line Income Reporting System. Was responsible for the creation
of on-line 1099 REMIC statements that provided annual tax information for clients. Developed batch
programs to create off-line reports.
