A new company (Premier Windows and Cabinets, LLC) was formulated from both local and national home builder relationships established over numerous years of dedicated service. Successfully managed sales and grew in volume starting from the first year gross sales ending at $1.9m to $11.2m

year ending 2006. The company gross profit margin increased exponentially by expanding the client base and controlling both direct and indirect costs. Notably managed the collection of account receivables and inventory control, this enabled company inventory to turn up to 20-24 times annually, thus allowing operational cash flow to stay constant. Implemented company business plans for long term growth sales growth which was surpassed by 40 percent.

Directed and reviewed the purchase of products represented by the company. Negotiated pricing structures for vendors conducting business with enabling the terms of pricing for long term budgeting. These terms may pass through to company customer base allowing for an additional discount for their base building budget of each floor plan.

At inception, the business started with 12 employees which grew to an additional 50-75 inclusive of subcontractor installation crews. Administered company sales, mid-management, clerical, warehouse employees including subcontractor installation crews along with processing the weekly payroll for all employees. Oversight of weekly sales meeting, monthly motivational and toolbox meeting as well.

Created and enacted both a company and OSHA safety regulation compliance booklets for all employees to acknowledge then follow inclusive of company office, warehouse, vehicle usage and jobsite locations.

Formulated the design and operation of company service department to act upon the necessary high demands of production homebuilders and homeowners ensuring the scheduled closing dates were met. Supervised in the purchase and erection of company 20,000 square foot building to facilitate the ongoing business and future growth as well. Assisted in the design/build-out for 3,000 square foot office space including window and cabinet showroom. Directed the warehouse’s set up for inventory storage, staging, and flow/output efficiency for installation crews.
