A privately-held business innovator that supports high-tech alliances among the world’s six largest IT companies.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
Participated on a team that delivered a large-scale project to one of the organization’s foremost clients. Created, implemented and monitored the reporting mechanism that kept the project on track using Salesforce.com and MS Excel. Streamlined and tracked the project’s communication processes to ensure buy-in, scheduling and reporting of 70+ clients with diverse needs.
Designed and implemented an MVP program for a client that improved and enhanced its business relationships.
