Recent Project Highlights:
Network Optimization: Conducted network infrastructure upgrades for the Government of Jamaica by optimizing the LAN/WAN infrastructure at its Revenue Service Centers and Call Center.
Government MPLS Network: Participated in the design and configuration planning of a MPLS Private Network for the Government of Jamaica, which is geared towards significantly reducing recurrent service provider data charges, while enhancing the country’s WAN infrastructure and ICT Service delivery.
IXP Implementation: Internet Exchange Point (IXP) implementation at a local data center, in collaboration with Packet Clearing House, to improve the routing of internet traffic in the region.
Network Infrastructure Upgrade: Enhanced organization’s IT operations by improving end-user experience. This was achieved with a network infrastructure upgrade, which introduced a multi-tiered network architecture as well as an omnipresent Wi-Fi solution for campus coverage.
VoIP PBX Implementation: Team-lead in the implementation of a VoIP PBX System, which replaced a Legacy PBX. This improved reachability and call termination, which led to an enhancement in the customer satisfaction score for the organization.
