Experience Summary

I have 5 years of experience in application development using .NET technologies and 4 years of experience using 4th GL programming languages. Through these programming experience with the other company that I worked before, I am able to create a website create a web page by using MVC, Web API and .Net framework languages like AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ASP.Net as my client side and C# is my server side with the back end of SQL server Database. In fact, I work in one of the Contact centers as an IT Programmer and my role is to create a website, web pages to support the need of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) when they take Inbound calls / Outbound calls. Because these website and web pages would serve as a guide for them and it would automatically pop-up on their computer monitor when the customers called just to capture data from the customer and save it into the SQL server Database. And likewise, it would retrieve data from SQL server Database like customer information and populate into the computer monitor of the Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) as reference
