OBJECTIVE

Any position related to Oil & Gas Pipeline construction.

SUMMARY

Over 34 years of civil, structural, pipeline and related facility construction experience. I have acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in all phases of pipeline and related facility construction throughout my years as a Forman, Construction Manager and as a Pipeline Inspector. I have successfully completed projects in extreme locations, terrain and weather conditions. I have been instrumental in the in the construction and rehabilitation of pipelines, compressor stations, gathering systems, bridges and major highway systems. The projects listed below are just brief descriptions of my many years of experience.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

May 2016 – Oct. 2016: Phillips 66, Beaumont, TX.

Chief Inspector

Demolition and removal of 14 structures.

DOT Audit Prep. Witch includes;

Managing the inspection of: misalignment/ deformation of piping, expansion joints

Vibration of inadequate supports: thin wall piping or tubing, threaded connections, loose supports with metal wear.

Supports: off support, loose/ distorted/ or broken, counter balance condition

Corrosion: under clamps/ piping supports, coating/ painting deterioration, air/ soil or water interface, insulation interface, bolt threads, insulating gaskets/ bonds

Insulation: weathered, damaged, inelastic, or missing caulking, punctured, torn, loose, dislodged, slipped, missing, or corroded metal

Other: unused pipe nipple or dead legs, unacceptable plugs or bushing, thermal protection devices, pressure drop, unusual pump/ valve/ piping noises, car seals/ locks/ tags, temporary piping/ clamps, hose/ tubing, MOP (i.e. flange/equipment rating), velocity, valves and thermal relief

Installation of numerous 3” steel gathering lines and meter stations.

Managed the construction of 22 miles of Gathering System, 3” high-pressure natural gas line witch included 5wells pads.

Installation of natural gas distribution lines.

March 2015 – August 2015: Sunoco, KATZ Pipeline, Knox City, TX.

Utility Inspector,

4 miles of 6” steel and 4 DRA (Drag reducing agent) skids.

Including: clearing, grading, stringing, welding, coating, jeep pipe, ditching, lowering in, Hydro testing, backfill and cleanup.

November 2014 –February 2015: Newfield Exploration Co., Tulsa, OK

Chief Inspector,

Managed the construction of 12 miles of Gathering System, 3” high-pressure natural gas line witch included 7 wells pads.

Installation of 7-3” meter stations

April 2014 – Dec. 2014: Hiland Crude- Double H Pipeline, Gillette, WY

Managed the construction of 41 miles of 12” steel line.

Including: clearing, grading, stringing, welding, coating, jeep pipe, ditching, lowering in, backfill and cleanup.

Oversaw the construction of gathering system that included over 61miles of 12” steel and 16” poly lines.

Including: clearing, grading, stringing, welding, coating, jeep pipe, ditching, lowering in, backfill and cleanup.

Oversaw the construction of: 38,166' of 6" flex steel (Poly with steel inner lining) and 6" to 12" steel gathering lines

Oversaw all technical drawings and the construction of 3 office Complexes for the 68th CSSB HQ.

Assisted the RCT-2 and S-4 Commanders on Civilian (tribes & villages) & Military Projects.

Feb. 2008- Sept. 2009: Dubai Natural Gas Co., Iraq,

Construction Manager,

Project included a 36” trunk line tied in to two (2) lateral Compressor Stations and five (5) Combo Central Distribution Point Stations.

Oversaw the new construction of eight (8) Central Distribution Points

Managed all civil & mechanical operations (i.e. Site location; site Grade, Concrete, etc.)

Oversaw all technical drawings and maintained all job books during the construction of Compressor Buildings, Dehydration units, Meter Houses, Sludge Catcher, and Water Separator units and all associated piping.

Oversaw tie-ins on 77 miles of 36" steel mainline

Project consisted of construction of 54 bridges and the Rehabilitation of 6 existing bridges, and the construction of 80 miles of Concrete.

Apr. - Sept. 2004: CH2MHill (Department of Defense) Iorizaki Fuel Terminal, Sasebo, Japan,

(Storage tanks mile transmission line to port)

This project involved replacing all of the fuel lines, leak detection alarms and control cables at the fuel terminal.

The project was performed under contract to the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) and in accordance with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)

Aug. 2003- Mar. 2004: CH2MHill (Department of Defense) Environmental Remedial Action Contract, Southern Division Naval Facilities, Engineering Command,

Project was carried out at a decommissioned rocket fuel plant

Oversaw the removal and disposal munitions and contaminated soils.

Jun. 2000- Jul. 2003: Kiewit, 1-25 Southeast Corridor (T-REX) Denver, CO,

Construction Manager,

$1.2 Billion, 17 mile project including the reconstruction of two interstate highways consisting of over passes, tunnels and utility relocation.

Mar. 1996- May 2000: Kiewit, Level 3 Fiber-optic cable project,

Construction Manager,

Oversaw the routing of right-of-way as well as the construction for six (6) Fiber-optic lines from Dallas, TX to Pensacola, FL

1990-1993: Kiewit, Tenaska Frontier Generation Station, Shiro, TX,

Assistant Construction Manager,

Oversaw the construction of a 830 Megawatt natural gas-fired turbine, combined-cycle electric generation facility.

1986-1990: TomCat Construction Co., Sailboat Bridge Project, Grand Lake, OK to Grove, OK,

Assistant Construction Manager,

Project consisted of twin 3044' segmental precast bridge replaced the existing two-lane bridge built in 1937.

1980-1986: Snead Pipeline Services, Inc. Eastland, TX, Multiple locations & Gas Companies,

As a Forman I was responsible for all aspects of pipeline and station construction. Duties included, but were not limited to, overseeing the installation of steel mainlines, valves, civil and mechanical work on new and existing stations, environmental and cleanup operations.
