Notable Accomplishments
I started the construction industry as a laborer and moved up the ranks to become a senior project manager through efficient “hands on” experience. I have over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry.
I have constructed twelve condominiums up to thirty five stories, warehouses from 30,000sf to 280,000sf, in excess of 45 custom homes from 8,000sf to 35,000sf and two banks.
I have experience in tilt-wall, post tension, heavy timber/post & beam, conventional wood frame as well as poured in place construction.
I have experience in hotel and restaurant construction.
I hand selected and managed a small team of master carpenters to construct a day stop destination for Holland Cruise Lines from a deserted Bahamian Island utilizing conventional framing as well as heavy timber construction in a very remote situation with exceptional success.
Due to the success of the Little San Salvador project our team was requested to construct another day stop type destination on the Island of Eluthera which resulted in another great success on time and under budget project with exceptional craftsmanship.
My ability to successfully communicate with others has provided a plethora of experience and knowledge which cannot be matched by formal education alone.
Certifications:
OSHA 30
Certified post tension installer since 1999 to present.
Experienced LEED Field Supervisor
I have been trained to safely operate all heavy equipment with exception to running a crane.
