Experience : 3 years’ experience on Battery Maintenance and Operation Engineer at coke oven Recovery Battery.
1.Working in SRG Earth Resources private Limited under Bhushan Steel Limited Coke Oven 2 from 2nd November, 2013 to 9th February 2015 as an Operation Engineer. And also commissioning of the Coke Oven II.
2.Working at Fosbel India Private Limited under Rourkela Steel Plant Coke Oven 1 & 2 from 10th February 2015 to 17th march 2016 as an Operation Engineer.
3.Working at Fosbel India Private Limited under Rourkela Steel Plant Coke Oven 6 from 18th February 2016 to present as an Operation Engineer.
Note:- Have knowledge on
1.Operation Jobs- Can rectification problem of all cars (Ram Car, Guide Car, and Quenching Car, Charging car). And Oven Top operation job ( Gooseneck Cleaning, Tar chasing, AP base Cleaning, G.C.M. Pressure and Temperature regulation and the Flow and Pressure control of the HPLA and LPLA, AP Lid cleaning).
2.Battery Maintenance Mechanical Jobs
a.Maintenance of Oven Top – Stand Pipe changing, Isolation Valve Changing, and Normal Oven Top maintenance.
b.Bench level Maintenance - Door Frame Changing, Flash Plate Changing and Door Repair.
c.Caller Maintenance - Reversing Valve and Stop Cock Valve and Butterfly Valve Greasing and repairing, Maintenance of Distributed Pipe Line Maintenance.
d.Anchorage job – Longitudinal Tie Rod, Cross Tie Rod loading and Changing. Auxiliary Spring loading and replacement. And Regenerator Spring loading and replacement.
3.Refectory Job- Oven Top refectory maintenance. Bench level maintenance. Wall repair and Sole repair.
4.Heating or Process- Knowledge on Central Vertical Temperature. End Vertical Temperature. Draught Adjustment. Temperature Regulation at Coke Oven Gas and Blast Furness Gas.
5.Track Line Maintenance – Have the knowledge about the maintenance and changing of the track line of all cars.
