Set up extruders and corrugations to produce expandable plastic medical hoses of variable length, size, flexibility using PE, PP and EVA material according to SOPs, Make hourly checks through thickness index to maintain quality.Troubleshoot equipments problem to maintain quality and production. Maintain downtime log, scrap log, production log. Participate in weekly safety, quality and production meetings between management and workers. Train other workers to follow company safety standards at all times. Train new employees on machine operation, growing procedures and production efficiency.
