Modern Metal India is HEAT TREATMENT company, To be used different method to increase and maintain metal hardness according to customer requirement.
Visual inspection of material without rusting and breakage.
Check incoming material distortion or flatness or Ovality.
Make Jobsheet of every cutomer material according to his data.
After Vaccum Hardness check As Quenched Hardness of material with the help of Rockwell Hardness Tester and Portable Hardness Tester and fill in jobcard and jobsheet then according to As Quenched hardness do tempering of material at different- different temperature to achieve customer requirement.
Again check flatness or distortion or ovality of material after Vaccum Heat Treatment process.
After every tempering check material hardness and fill in jobcard and jobsheet.
After achieved required hardness then again check Distortion, Flatness and Visual cracks and fill all data in jobsheet.
Finally make Test Certificate Report.
