My current work location is an Onshore Oil & Gas Field with Central Oil Gathering/Processing & Satellite Facilities (CPFS), Water Treatment Plants, Gas Turbine Generators, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Once Through Steam Generators, Multiple Effect Mechanical Vapour Compressors, Oil Production Wells, Steam Injection Wells, Water source / disposal Wells.
1. PROJECT TITLE: OXY MUKHAIZNA OIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Organizing team for work activities.
Arranging Permits for various works & procuring materials as per the work packs
Experienced in the installation of RMU’s as per location plan, good knowledge in Single Line Drawings & handling Man power.
Supporting QA/QC activities pertaining to instrumentation jobs, IR testing, loop checking, etc
Receiving and incoming inspection of instruments from warehouse as per purchase order.
Arrange inspection of construction activities with the client
Having better knowledge to read and understand P& ID’S, SLD and Logic diagrams
Experienced in coordination of pre-commissioning activities.
Prepared punch list and signing off all the punch items where ever required.
Inspection of cable laying and conducting, handling P& ID drawings.
Experienced in scheduling and carrying out shutdowns and changeover works of wells without compromising the production rate.
2. PROJECT TITLE: ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION WORKS OF OIL GATHERING STATION
Oil Production Wells:
RDPCP ( Rod Driven Progressing Cavity Pump, ESP (Electrically Submersible Pump) BEAM PUMP Wells, Steam Injection Wells, Water source/ Disposal Wells. WORKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning for all Electrical and Instrumentation works.
Checking P&ID’s, loop drawing and relevant documents.
Knowledge in installation of wireless field instruments.
Involved in Erection, Installation and Pre-commissioning activities.
Planning and execution of the following activities
• Supervision of Junction Box installation cable routing and cable laying.
• Glanding and termination of instrument cables at instruments, Junction Boxes, Control Panels.
• Erecting Electrical panels and terminating LV cables.
• Control wiring in the panel.
• Cable termination for 75HP, 1500rpm motor.
• Installation of Variable Frequency drives from various manufacturers including ABB, Weatherford, Vanguard, Baker Hughes, Danfoss.
• Fiber optic cable laying and glanding to Cluster cabinets.
• Installation of Row end cabinets for fiber optic cables.
• Installation of Radio Telemetry Unit and communication system.
• Installation of Pressure transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Pressure Gauges, Flow meters and other instruments connected with the project works. Instruments Make like Rosemount, ABB, Siemens, and Flowserve.
• Continuity and Insulation resistance test of cables.
Liaising with the QA/ QC department in performing the following activities
• Calibration of various instruments
• Testing, PSSR and MEI of completed projects
Supervision of various Instrumentation Project activities.
Coordinating with HSE department in safely executing the work activities in accordance with the Permit To Work System prevailing at site.
Ensuring plant safety measures are in place before the execution of the task.
Technical Evaluation of various field instruments like transmitters and control valves.
Preparation of Bill of Materials including cable duct, trays, supports etc.
