PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT MANAGER (June 2005-present)

Overall in charge with the management of the department.Direct all the Project managers of the company.Responsible for setting the target accomplishments and monitoring of all the ongoing projects in terms of productivity,cost,quality and safety.Responsible for the smooth management of the contracts.Review and approved the projects manpower budget,project consumables,machine requirements and project deliverables.Responsible for monitoring of set income of all projects.Participates on the Executive meetings of the company(Planning sessions,management review,contract review and monthly marketing meetins.)Introduce new policies for the project management.Execute semestral plans set by the President.Responsible for costumer satisfaction on all projects.Prepare budgets and capitalization of the department on a semestral basis.Approved all project closure reports of the project managers.Report directly to the president.
