Objective: Seeking a position as an Industrial Technician

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Currently serving as a Field Service Technician. Install, maintenance, upgrades and preventative maintenance on Automatic Car washes throughout San Diego county. Responsible for trouble shooting, installing factory equipment, plumbing, installing and trouble shooing wiring 480vac 3 phase systems, installing PC run programs and PC troubleshooting, various pneumatics, reclaim water systems, and R.O. systems.

Formerly, I served as lead maintenance technician. My duties include: assisting and ongoing training of troubleshooting, repairing, TPM and preventative maintenance events on factory equipment, set up and installation of new equipment, modifying and reengineering old equipment. Additionally, I perform logistics using the Titan system and worked as a liaison between management and factory engineers to resolve key issues in major technical challenges.

Formerly, I served as day shift lead technician. Duties included: troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, set up and adjust programming,, rebuild, modify and conduct ongoing preventative maintenance procedures on the following automated window and door equipment: WEGOMA, GED, LISEC, SAMPSON, STURTZ and BILLCO computer controlled (PLC) equipment including other manual, hydraulic and electrical mechanical equipment. My skills include a very strong background in electrical problem solving, troubleshooting to component level. Fiber optics, Laser systems and CNC programming through DOS, Synpass and Windows.

Prior to employment with Jeld-Wen, I served as a lead technician in the Plating Dept. 4480 of the Deutsch Company. I performed the following duties: scheduling and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and fabricate/rebuild in the following disciplines: Three phase high power D.C. Rectifiers - PLC’s - Various welding – HVAC, Air Handlers, Scrubbers, Chillers –Retro-fitting, installation of electrical components – Rebuilding various A/C D/C motors – Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems for waste water treatment – Designed and fabricated control panels and controlling circuits for production equipment – Limited facilities maintenance as well as trained and directed subordinates –Department logistics – Asst. Supervisor - Member of Hazmat and ERT Unit.
