Project Managers are responsible for every aspect of the P.O.P. Display from the time it is released from Business Development to the time it is shipped out of the facility. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Act as a liaison between Sales and Production, review drawings and communicate any discrepancies to the engineering department, material planning, inventory management, procurement of the materials (Domestic and Overseas), expediting the materials, and entering part numbers into the computer system (Job Boss and Epicor).
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Ordering of packaging and labeling that are required to complete the project.
Placing wood / metal fabrication and painting requisitions to production planning.
Work with the fabrication, assembly / packaging, and shipping departments to assure the product is shipped out correctly and on time to the customer.
Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor the progress, and track the project until completion.
Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Manage any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

Manufacturing/Production Manager
Managed every aspect of the production department, including: scheduling, planning, and expediting, preventative maintenance, and all of the procurement needed to maintain the department. Responsibilities also included the Supervision of (3) Machinists, (7) Machine Operators, and the Tool Crib Manager.
