WORKING EXPERIENCE :

AS A COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM GODOWN INCHARGE IN EASTERN AGROVET (C&F AGENT) FROM APRIL 2010

JOB PROFILE :

Received stocks ( ST-IN ) from H.O. through transporters / couriers. Check the stocks & sorting it properly. ST-IN records put in the software as per Invoice. Maintain Bin Card records ( STOCK IN & OUT ). Every month check physically stocks as per system / Bin Card. Every month keep Entry Tax records in the register. Generate Way Bill for ST-IN.

Received orders from distributors / dealers or customers. Prepare Sale Invoice as per orders and despatch the stocks through transporters / couriers. Received Bilty/CN Copy from transporters / couriers. File it with Invoice for future records.

Prepare Expenses every month. Prepare various reports daily / monthly / quarterly basis & send it to the H.O. Every month calculate VAT / CST records in register.

Moreover importent works as per H.O. advice.
