Microorganisms are tiny life forms found just about everywhere and may possess both positive and negative impact towards us. An extensive studies of microorganisms enable us to apply benefit to society and a way to prevent them from causing any harmful condition to society. Positioned at Biohazard lab of Food Technology Research Center.

Learning of harmful microorganism and their effects towards food and consumers.

Schedule sample throughput, monitor work in progress, prioritize sample analysis based on client requirements and laboratory efficiency and ensure work is performed in timely fashion.

Monitor and ensure that the quality management system as per MS ISO/IEC17025 and SAMM is implemented accordingly.

Performing instrumental and non-instrumental for Microbiological analysis describe in analytical methods such as Total Bacteria Count of raw materials, product water and other products, Endotoxin test and also Environmental Monitoring of the Lab and Production site.

Update existing division SOPs as necessary and submit to Laboratoty Manager for approval.

Assist with training of junior staff and new employees and maintain training records.

Perform other duties such as calibration of freezer, ovens, refrigerators, pipettes, balances, waste disposal, and laminar flow clean up.
