Ensure the specifications are followed during and after erection as per drawings to achieve scheduled targets with in the time.

Inspection of welding at various stages like baking of electrodes, preheating and PWHT.

Daily preparation of inspection reports and documentation of all reports related fabrication inspection of test reports.

Perform all quality assurance procedures, inspect and maintain all equipments in facility.

Evaluate drawings and ensure its accordance to designs.

Maintain a scheduled work and perform tests on equipments.

Checking of all operation and maintenance manuals and building drawings.

Inspect mechanical work in facility such as concrete and steel pipelines of facility.

Supervised working of construction staff and assisted them if required.

Maintained working of facility and ensured that work was done in accordance to project manuals and drafted drawings.

Coordinate with management to achieve project goals.

Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials of construction.

Preparing the weld inspection & material traceability certificate & updating the same.

Inspecting the weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass & visual inspection of final weld, conducting penetrent test on welding joints.
