Qualifications

Semiconductor experiment set up for one-way analysis and design of experiment.

Data analysis techniques experience (anovas, bootstrap forest, univariate regression, DOE and multi factor analysis) through JMP and Y3 platforms.

Script creation to help with data analysis and organization.

Finding root causes to true and false toggles associated with experiment data analysis.

Heading groups to handle critical problems from initial discovery to solution implementation.

Maintenance experience working on ASM A412 and Kokusai 300mm diffusion furnaces, AMAT Centrus and Endura platforms and Lam dry etchers and ashers.

Equipment Manufacturer Certification: ASM A412 Level 1 and 2 training.

Worked in process integration R&D, wet etch, dry etch, diffusion, thin films, and analytical areas in a cleanroom environment for 8 years.

Worked in roles as a Process Integration Engineering technician, Area coordinator, Process Technician, and Maintenance Technician.

Fab operations experience, including preventative maintenance in most areas in semiconductor production, process flow knowledge.

Adept in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, data analysis software, and software programming platforms.
