IT Business Analyst

Developed security incidence response plan and improved enterprise wide identity and access management.

Managed cases involving many custodians, and terabytes of data containing confidential, critical, and highly sensitive information used in audit investigations.

Used encryption/decryption software such as PGP, and Password Recovery Toolkit

Researched, reviewed, and analyzed the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and developed strategies for using web technology, portals and collaborative tools to enhance or further leverage these processes.

Collaborated and lead in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.

Implemented an ERP system on four Mines at the same time with one site having 400+ users. This Strategic Initiative created a new data integration layer and provided a single platform for managing Corporate Data for replication and reporting.
