Over my ** years of experience, I have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the overall Architectural Design and Property Development fields. I have experience from commercial projects (Office buildings) to Corporate Roll-out Commercial projects from New Build Ground-ups to Tenant Improvements. I have worked on large projects (multiple-acre/multi-pad site development inclusive of Overall Design Guidelines) to small tenant improvement projects (Starbucks, Raising Cane’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Comerica Bank). I enjoy working with clients and government agencies to facilitate the best project coordination available. I am currently employed as a Project Manager.

I worked with O’Reilly Auto Stores, Raising Cane’s Restaurants, CST Brands Convenience Stores and Fuel Stations, Jack in the Box, Comerica Bank, Orchard Supply Hardware, Starbucks, etc. Experience includes client representative, design, specifications, materials and cost estimating, schedule and budget development, site investigation reports regarding entitlements, permitting, agency requirements, project presentations/public discussions before design teams, clients, and government agencies. I was responsible for client store development programs including 25-30 projects simultaneously, project research, project design, and project submittal, presentations at governmental hearings, project schedules, project budgets and project construction. I supervised a team of 7-8 individuals including an architect, civil engineer, draftspersons, and an administrator. This position involved the management of up to thirty projects simultaneously with locations in several states.

Management responsibilities included service station construction projects involving interfacing between contractors and oil company personnel during the design and construction stage. Accomplishments include generation of scope of work, bidding, scheduling, and budget management. Additionally, the position required coordinating the receipt of project drawings, completion of agency applications, submittal, project tracking, environmental rules compliance, and permit filing and acquisition, generation of status updates to clients, completion and delivery of field visit reports complete with photo surveys, and interfacing with city and state agency inspectors during site inspections.
