15 years of practical hands on experience in automation and information technology hardware and software support. My experience includes working with personal computers, servers, printers, scanners, smart card readers, and other peripheral devices. I have also worked extensively with mobile devices such as laptops, cell phones (BlackBerrys, iPhones, Androids), and tablets (Galaxy Tab, iPad).
