Complete renovation of laboratory and office space at Roche Palo Alto building R6.

Completed two-story expansion of the Administration building. The building is designed to be LEED certified by the United States Green Building Council.

Completed design and construction management of HVAC system upgrade for the Radiology room and the Nuclear Medicine Imaging Room at Stanford University Blake Wilbur Building.

Expanded and remodeled the 9,000 sq. ft. Vacaville Purification Suite (VPU), Vacaville, CA. The purification Suite was designed to ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom classification with precise control of temperature, relative humidity and space pressurization.

Finalized design of mechanical systems at Alza Building M12 Phase II, Mountain View, CA. This 8,900 sq. ft. tenant improvement was remodeled for manufacturing pilot plant, and included several laboratory and work areas. Provided critical temperature and pressure control, collection of hazardous waste and MEP hook-up design for lab instruments and support tools.

Remodeled 28,000 sq. ft. production area to support a new R&D operation at VLSI Technology, San Jose, CA. The design involved a complete renovation of the H-6 Fab area.
