The task involved detailed understanding and careful evaluation of changes made in Modsum or RFC

(Request for Change) and other related documents.

The drawings and related documents of the Modsum are obtained from ENOVIA/CDMA and other BA

Database. Analysis the 3D model using CATIA V5/V4.

The drawings are analyzed based on the changes mentioned in the Modsum, EDRN, PL, DWG, EO,

NIEO and the weight impact is calculated with FS, BL and WL values.

Analysis involved Part Drawing, Sub-Assembly drawing, Assembly Drawing and Standard Parts.

Creating the Weight & CG database and WSR using 23 attributes and tracking of database & assembly

records.

Using the MS Access, creating the BOM databases (BD and CL series, M145 and RJ,) for different aircrafts

like C-series, Global, Challenger and CRJ.

Approve the drawings & EDRN as per the requirement of mass properties and update the same in

weight database & WSR.

Study on Weight & CG envelope & its variation during flight for regional and business aircrafts based on

loading.

The Part Family Database Creation project involves creation of part family Database for 62 attributes by

collecting data from different environment like part number, revision, cage & material code, etc.
