More than 12 years experience in Construction, QA/QC, Pre-commissioning, Turnover / Mechanical Completion, Certification / Statutory Regulation and Third Party Inspection coordination of Oil & Gas EPC projects.

Depending on the position & project, I had to ensure some of the following duties:

• Lead / Attend meetings (coordination, progress, completion …etc)

• Preparations of reports / Status (daily / weekly…etc)

Review / Preparation of QA/QC documentation (Quality control plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Records ...etc); ensuring that these documents are in accordance with the project general specifications and applicable standards.

Construction, QA/QC, Pre-commissioning

Conduct / Schedule and follow-up of QC inspections.

Managing a team of supervisors, inspectors and test technicians to ensure the following Tasks: o Inspection of project materials and equipments at receipt on site to ensure their conformity with the project specifications.

o Ensure that all construction activities are in conformity with QA/QC documentation and the last revision of construction drawings (IFC).

o Ensure that all QC inspections are documented by reports properly filled and signed by all the parties involved in these inspections.

o Coordination with progress monitoring system team to keep a good tracking and recording of completed QC reports (PPCS/TOSTR/ICAPS/SICON).

o Follow-up and recording of all the anomalies, Technical Queries, damage reports and NCRs. o Follow-up and recording of all the modifications and deviations during construction phase for the preparation of the As Built documents & drawings.
