License Manager-Consultant at TCA Software Solutions (July of 2013-December of 2014). I managed all the Licenses and helped the client with the process until it was properly installed. Also I made documentation of some processes of the company and was part of internal projects using BABOK and PMBOK.

Business Analyst at Inflection Point where I am assigned to work for MFS company

(January of 2015- until now). I manage SCRs (Software Change Requirement) and give them their proper process from gathering requirements until is ready for production.

o Learned to report issues found in the development and following them in ALM until they are fixed.

o Analyzed the issues found in development and give them a solution. o Finished with success a project, with the roles of BA and QA, which was to change some notes and values in the pdfs in almost all the pieces that are around the MFS Company.

o Learned to create test cases, test plans and execute them for some SCRs. o Gathered requirements for projects or SCRs with their respective due dates. o Made documentations of requirements and in changes of several processes.

o Learned how to report the advance of my SCRs and projects in Change Point and in Sharepoint.

o Analyzed issues in the code of the data base and follow them until they were fixed.
