Managed, administered and developed the theoretical and practical curriculum of 3 different Technical Training Centers established to train 300 adult people in carpentry, electricity, masonry, welding, and tinsmith trades.

The theoretical and practical curriculum was developed for 5 trades in a team work efforts

Teaching materials were identified, collected and translated into local languages

Prepared handouts, drawings, and sketches for practical work experiences of students Monitoring and follow up of 150 graduated trainees were coordinated with other refugees supporting agencies.

Interest free loan was provided to graduated trainees for up to 5 years to support their workshop project in a local market

Provided practical applications of the learned skill, aided students in finding jobs, supported students throughout initial stage of their new business

Selected 50 eligible trainees from each of the five trades for further assistance in order to establish their own workshop in the local market
