Responsibilities: Making Sales & Purchase Orders, calling customers in U.S.A & abroad and taking order from them, updating daily Inventory Report, preparing the list of items to be moved from the Rack to the Shelf & finding out correct location of the items to be put in the shelf daily.

Logistics Manager – Forsan Foods Factory, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (2000-2012)

Responsibilities: Receiving the imported raw materials from seaport and dry port and stack it in the different Chillers, Freezers and Dry Stores inside and outside the factory. Checking the status of incoming shipments by Sea & Air. Dispatch of processed products throughout Saudi Arabia and exporting to Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, Egypt & other Middle East Countries. Follow up with the Export Shipments up to the customer’s warehouse. Checking of the export documents in order to avoid holding of the shipments at the Customs & the border. Arranging trailers for the export shipments & local delivery. Bringing the raw materials from the outside warehouses whenever required by the Production Department of the factory. Ordering Chep Pallets & arranging local pallets. Meeting with the top management of the company to evaluate the operation of the Logistics Department .Weekly meeting with staff for improving their performance in the operations of the department. Controlling the trailers & forklifts of the factory. Monthly checking of outside & inside warehouses. Dispatching the documents of the incoming shipments to the Clearing Agents & regular follow up with them regarding the clearing status of the shipments. Taking inventory of the stocks every six months.

Responsibilities: Receiving the shipments of Rice, Wheat, Onions, Chilly, Pulses & Potato from different parts of India. Unloading & stocking it in the different warehouses of the Company. Supply the stocked Rice & Wheat to the Production Department of the company in order to grind it into Rice Powder & Wheat powder. Supply the stocked Pulses, Potatoes Chilies & Onions to the Marketing Department of the company whenever required. Take control of the Trucks and other vehicles of the company including the forklifts. Take Annual inventory of the stocks.
